Company Description Solanki Distributor is an authorized distributor of Amaron batteries, serving customers in and around Kaimur & Rohtas distict with reliable automotive and inverter power solutions. The company focuses on timely supply, genuine products, and strong after-sales support for retailers, mechanics, and end users. As a growing local distributor, Solanki Distributor values long-term customer relationships and consistent service quality. Team members work closely with suppliers and local partners to ensure availability of a wide range of battery products that meet diverse customer needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Mohania. The Sales Representative will visit retailers, workshops, and direct customers to promote and sell Amaron batteries, build and maintain strong business relationships, and follow up on leads and inquiries. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing basic quotations, handling order bookings, coordinating with the warehouse for timely deliveries, and collecting payments as required. The role also involves tracking sales activities, maintaining simple records, sharing customer feedback with management, and supporting local marketing initiatives such as promotions or product demonstrations. The Sales Representative is expected to meet assigned sales targets while representing Solanki Distributor professionally in the local market. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product information clearly to customers.Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and negotiation at the local market level.Ability to maintain simple records of visits, orders, and collections, and to report sales activities to the supervisor.Familiarity with automotive or inverter batteries, or willingness to learn product details quickly.Comfort with fieldwork and regular travel within Mohania and nearby areas.Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.Previous experience in sales, distribution, or retail (especially in automotive or electrical products) is preferred but not mandatory.Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets. .
