Role Description This is a full-time, on-site sales role based at Anaita Jewellery in Mumbai. The sales professional will welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, present suitable jewellery pieces, and explain design features, materials, and pricing clearly. Daily tasks include managing customer enquiries, handling billing and documentation, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean, organized sales area. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, following up on leads, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with the production and design teams to stay updated on new collections. The individual will also participate in product training sessions to deepen knowledge of diamond, gold, and fashion jewellery lines. Qualifications Ability to understand and discuss Jewellery Design and Fashion Jewellery collections with customers. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship building. Basic knowledge of jewellery finishing processes such as Polishing is an advantage. Experience in Training or willingness to participate in regular product and sales training sessions. Prior sales experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion is preferred. Attention to detail, integrity in handling transactions, and a professional, customer-focused attitude. Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Mumbai. .
