Job Description Tours & Travels Executive Company: New Launch A K Visa Consultants Location: New Ranip, Ahmedabad Position: Tours & Travels Executive Gender: Female Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Summary We are looking for a mature, responsible, and customer-oriented Female Tours & Travels Executive with 12 years of relevant experience in the Tours & Travels industry . The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with hotels and travel agencies, and supporting marketing and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming travel and tour inquiries from customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages. Prepare and share package quotations based on customer requirements. Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and other service providers for bookings and collaborations. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and payments. Coordinate with hotels and agencies to obtain competitive rates and packages. Maintain good relationships with hotels, travel partners, and agencies. Handle travel/tour marketing activities and support business development. Maintain daily inquiry, follow-up, quotation, and booking records. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned targets. Provide proper customer support before and after booking. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Required Candidate Profile 12 years of experience in Tours & Travels, Travel Agency, Tour Operations, or a related industry. Female candidates preferred. Candidate should be mature, responsible, and professional in handling customers and business partners. Good knowledge of tour packages, hotels, travel services, and basic travel operations. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Experience in preparing tour package quotations will be preferred. Experience in hotel/agency coordination and collaboration will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of travel marketing is preferred.
