Field Sales Executive Frozen Food Products Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of frozen food products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, increasing product sales, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other institutional customers. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company's frozen food products in the assigned territory. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional buyers. Visit customers regularly and generate sales orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team. Follow up on payments and outstanding customer balances. Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements to management. Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer records. Ensure proper product presentation, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets. Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues promptly. Expand the company's distribution and retail network within the assigned territory. Target Customers Retail Shops & Supermarkets Frozen Food Stores Hotels & Restaurants QSRs & Cafes Caterers Wholesalers & Distributors Institutional & Bulk Buyers Eligibility Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers can also apply; experience in FMCG/Frozen Food/General Trade sales will be an advantage. Two-Wheeler: Own two-wheeler is compulsory. Valid Driving Licence required. Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
