Maintenance Executive

Job Title: Maintenance Executive Department: Maintenance / Engineering Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Experience: 15 Years Job Type: Full-time Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Executive to manage and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance activities of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of hospital infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and other facility-related services. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate daily hospital maintenance activities.Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility systems.Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.Conduct regular inspections of hospital infrastructure and utility systems.Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and service activities.Coordinate with external vendors and service agencies for maintenance and repair works.Monitor AMC activities and ensure scheduled servicing is completed on time.Ensure proper functioning of essential hospital utilities and backup systems.Coordinate maintenance activities without disturbing patient care and hospital operations.Ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.Maintain adequate stock of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.Support emergency maintenance requirements whenever necessary.Coordinate with the administration and other departments regarding maintenance-related issues.Prepare maintenance reports and submit them to the concerned authority.Support NABH-related documentation and compliance requirements.Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field.15 years of relevant maintenance experience.Hospital maintenance experience will be an added advantage.Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Contact Person : HR - 7094827000 Compensation: From 16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
