About the Role The Business Systems Analyst (TMO) analyzes, designs, and optimizes business systems and processes for assigned technology products. The role focuses on identifying business needs, improving operational efficiency, documenting requirements, and translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions. The position works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams and supports Agile delivery, system implementation, process improvement, user adoption, and ongoing system performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements.Identify root causes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and recommend solutions that improve operational performance.Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements.Create process flows and system specifications.Collaborate with IT teams on solution design, testing, and implementation.Support system rollouts, data migration, training, and user adoption.Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and technical solutions.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Assist business owners with user stories and backlog prioritization.Track Agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down rates.Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Create reports, visualizations, and project updates for leadership.Support UAT, change management, and process improvement initiatives.Monitor post-implementation system performance.Ensure systems align with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.Manage assigned New Field Technology products.Benefits & Perks Hybrid work arrangementRemote work three days per weekIn-office collaboration Tuesdays and WednesdaysOpportunities to work on healthcare technology initiativesCross-functional collaboration with business and technology teamsExposure to Agile, process improvement, and technology management projectsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of Business Systems Analyst or related Business Analyst experience.Experience working in Agile environments.Proficiency with Excel and SQL.Experience with business modeling and project management methodologies.Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience.Scrum Master experience.Experience with advanced business analysis and process improvement methodologies.SAFe Agilest, CBAP, or ITIL Foundation certification.Strong experience with user acceptance testing and change management.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.Equal Opportunity Statement Access Health CT is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace where qualified individuals have opportunities to contribute and grow.
