POSITION / TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - EMEA/ISEA JOB LOCATION: HYDERABAD (5 day work from office) POSITION SUMMARY: This role is a 5 days work from office job, from our Hyderabad office location. We do NOT offer remote or hybrid work model for this position. We are looking for - A Sales Development professional with experience of engaging with equivalent VP and C Level Executives. Your role is to navigate relentlessly through relationships in existing customers and identify new Sales opportunities via Referrals, Phone reach outs, LinkedIn and Email campaigns. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, nurturing & navigating through existing customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize LinkedIn, email and phone calls to generate new sales opportunities by engaging CXO/VP level contacts in the EMEA Enterprise SegmentIdentify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services through consultative conversations.Doing deep account research to identify the right set of Economic and Functional buyers to go afterBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities through repeatable nurture motionUpdate and maintain Hubspot CRM and various other marketing systems accuratelySet up discovery meetings between customer contacts and sales executive. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2 - 6 years of Business Development/inside sales experienceQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED: BD/inside sales experience, with a consistent track record of setting up discovery calls and creating the qualified opportunitiesStrong communication skills via phone and emailProven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsExperience working in the EMEA-ISEA Market (Experience in SAAS/CX/EX Space)A strong understanding of both the Sales & the Marketing FunnelOpen to work in EMEA-ISEA Shift timingsProficiency with Hubspot or other tools such as 6Sense, Outreach.io, Loom, Orum etcEDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Bachelors or Masters in business administration or equivalent.[] .
