The successful candidate will be expected to make 50+ outbound calls every day to U.S. businesses, speak with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations.The secondary responsibility is to execute targeted email campaigns and follow up with prospects . The candidate must also use a CRM to accurately maintain prospect records, call activity, email activity, notes, and follow-up tasks. Primary Responsibilities1. B2B Cold Calling PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONMake 50+ outbound cold calls every day to U.S. prospects.Speak confidently with executives, managers, and business decision-makers.Introduce BriefingIQ and EventIQ and communicate their business value.Qualify prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent calling activity.Be comfortable with rejection and persistent in generating opportunities. 2. Email Campaigns SECONDARY FUNCTIONExecute targeted B2B email campaigns to U.S. prospects.Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.Send personalized outreach and follow-up emails.Track responses and follow up with interested prospects.Generate qualified leads and sales meetings. 3. CRM Record ManagementMaintain accurate prospect and company information in the CRM.Record calls, emails, responses, notes, meetings, and follow-up dates.Ensure all prospects are properly tracked and no follow-ups are missed. Requirements14 years of B2B sales, SDR, BDR, inside sales, SaaS sales, or lead-generation experience.Cold calling experience is required.Must be comfortable making 50+ calls per day .Excellent spoken and written English.Confident speaking with U.S. business professionals.Experience with outbound email campaigns.Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, GHL, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar .Experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or Clay is preferred.Target-driven, persistent, energetic, and results-oriented.Comfortable working U.S. business hours.Key: This is a cold-calling-focused sales position , not a general marketing or administrative role.
