AR Caller Trainee (Voice Process) (India)

The platform uses rule-based and machine-learning tools to connect clinical work, coding, and revenue enhancement for healthcare service providers. ExdionHealth focuses on helping urgent care and occupational health centers automate their medical coding processes, reducing manual effort and staffing challenges. The platform scans medical records, supports computer-assisted physician documentation (CAPD), ensures clinical documentation integrity (CDI) compliance, and identifies potential revenue leakages. Team members contribute to solutions that streamline operations and improve financial performance for healthcare organizations. AR Caller: Trainee (Voice Process) Night Shift - 5:30 PM to 02:30 AM Reporting To: Team Leader Role - Connect with insurance companies requesting status of claims in queue. - Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments - Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution. This will be determined by the information received during above steps. Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required. - Maintain a spreadsheet by practice of claims sent for review/appeal with follow-up dates and tracking details. - Other insurance related tasks as needed, requested by the team lead. Additional Perks: - Night shift allowance in training period and post movement. - 5 days work week. - Special Skill allowance based on performance (after 3 months). - Women employees will be accompanied by company security in cab for doorstep drop back.
