The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving denials, analyzing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied claims. - Analyze AR accounts and take appropriate actions for claim resolution. - Review claim status, denials, underpayments, and payment postings. - Document account activities accurately and maintain complete records. - Identify aging trends and escalate complex issues as required. - Meet daily productivity and quality targets. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client policies. Required Skills: - Minimum 18+ months of experience in AR Calling / Claims Follow-up. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance. - Understanding of Medical Billing, Denial Management, and RCM processes. - Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
