Responsibilities: - Follow up with the payer to check on claim status. - Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. - Identify denial reason and work on resolution. - Save claim from getting written off by timely following up. - Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.
