In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between internal operations and the Managing Director's office. You will drive our outreach efforts by combining strong administrative coordination with hands-on lead generation and professional telecalling to support our business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Telecalling: Execute outbound lead generation campaigns, conduct professional telecalling to pitch services/products, qualify prospective leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline. Executive Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Managing Director (MD), managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of key directives from leadership. Process Optimization: Monitor and streamline daily operational workflows across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as an effective communication channel between the MDs office, internal teams, and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in process coordination, operations, or lead generation/telesales roles. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are strictly mandatory, with the confidence to interact seamlessly with senior management and clients. Telecalling Expertise: Sound practical knowledge and experience in professional telecalling, client pitching, and objection handling over phone calls. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
