Designation: Assistant Accounts Manager Domain: Accounts & Finance Location: Pune Experience: 710 Years Qualification: ACCA/ B.Com /M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Banking, and Treasury. Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Prepare Monthly MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements, and management reports. Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and coordinate with bankers and auditors. Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, logistics accounting, and factory outlet sales records. Lead ERP implementation and ensure effective utilization of accounting systems. Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes. Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Support office administration, facility management, and 5S activities at the Head Office. Maintain financial records and handle special assignments as directed by management. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Industry: FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Distribution Industry. .
