Roles and Responsibilities - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. - Manage order-to-cash processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to orders or payments. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for order processing. Desired Candidate Profile - 4-7 years of experience in Order To Cash (OTC) process, preferably in IT Services & Consulting industry. - Robust understanding of Cash Applications module in SAP FICO system. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. .
