Program Manager - Gaming Industry

Key Responsibilities: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of gaming projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, artists, QA, and marketing teams.Track project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, keeping them informed on project updates and changes.Drive innovation and ensure projects adhere to industry standards and best practices.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Partner with external vendors, publishers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.Monitor and evaluate project success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement for future projects.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Design, Project Management, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.810 years of experience in program or project management within the gaming industry.Strong understanding of game development processes, pipelines, and tools.Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.Demonstrated experience managing complex gaming projects from concept to launch.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with emerging gaming technologies and trends such as AR/VR, cloud gaming, or blockchain is an advantage.Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies are desirable. .
