We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager who can build relationships with RMC plants, road contractors, infrastructure companies, builders and civil contractors and drive recurring bulk sales. Key Responsibilities Develop B2B sales of M-Sand, 20mm/10mm/40mm aggregates and related construction materials.Build and manage relationships with:RMC plantsRoad & infrastructure contractorsEPC companiesBuilders & developersCivil contractorsConstruction material dealersIdentify new projects and bulk-material requirements.Generate leads through field visits, referrals, market mapping and existing industry relationships.Negotiate prices, payment terms and volumes.Convert prospects into recurring customers.Achieve monthly tonnage, revenue and contribution-margin targets.Coordinate with operations/dispatch team for timely delivery.Track quotations, orders, customer follow-ups and collections.Monitor competitor pricing and local market rates.Develop a strong customer pipeline across Nagpur and nearby industrial/construction clusters.Maintain accurate CRM and daily sales reports.Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in: M-Sand / Aggregate salesRMC salesConstruction material salesBuilding material salesInfrastructure/EPC saleswill be preferred.
