Why work with our client: PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME Shift- 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (IST) DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Salary- Up to 75k (INR) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Account Management: Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships.Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.24 years of experience in client servicing / account management / project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Web).Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Teamwork, Basecamp) is a plus.
