The Zonal Head Admissions and Outreach is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all student admission and outreach activities within a designated zone. This leadership role requires building a strong regional presence through schools, coaching centers, community events, and other outreach platforms to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and field-level execution expertise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Admissions Strategy & Execution Drive and achieve student enrolments targets across the zone. Develop and execute zonal admission plans in alignment with national strategy. Monitor and report on regional trends, competitor activity, and enrollment forecasts. 2. Outreach & Brand Promotion Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. Plan and execute zonal-level outreach campaigns, seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team for region-specific campaigns and collateral. 3. Team Leadership & Management Hire, train, and manage a team of , admission counselors/executives of 4-5 states. Set performance KPIs, monitor progress, and provide ongoing mentoring and support. Conduct regular reviews and ensure productivity benchmarks are met. 4. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution. Represent the institution in public forums, parent interactions, and community events. 5. Data, Reporting, and Analytics Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, conversions, and other key metrics. Provide regular MIS and analytics reports to senior leadership. Use data insights to optimize outreach and conversion strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters degree preferred). 14-18 years of relevant experience in education management, sales, or business development. (PREFERABLE UNIVERSITY BACKGROUND). Proven experience in driving zonal-level operations and meeting sales/admissions targets. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management.
