Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Middle East/GCC Oil & Gas projects . Handle both Blue Collar and White Collar manpower recruitment. Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment networks. Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, candidate assessment, and shortlisting. Handle bulk hiring for Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and Engineering projects. Coordinate technical interviews, trade tests, client interviews, and selections. Manage candidate documentation, medicals, visa processing, and mobilization coordination. Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements. Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and clients to fulfill manpower requirements. Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality, turnaround time, and timely deployment .
