Customer Service Executive Experience: 3 to 8 years within manufacturing / B2B environment Location: Pune Job Overview: Looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer orders, order processing, dispatch coordination and delivery follow-ups. The role will coordinate with customers, Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete customer order process from PO receipt to dispatch and delivery. Verify customer POs, pricing, commercial terms, GST details and other required information. Process sales orders, invoices, credit notes and related documents in ERP. Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and dispatch updates. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams for smooth order execution. Coordinate material availability, packing, loading, transportation and dispatch. Arrange transporters and required dispatch documents including e-way bills. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers. Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory records in ERP. Handle customer complaints, delivery issues and documentation discrepancies. Support basic GST, export-import and statutory documentation requirements. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and ISO procedures.
