Job Responsibilities. Supervise day-to-day activities on the site ensuring progress as per schedule. Handle and coordinate labor teams and subcontractors for smooth task execution. Perform checks on steel, shuttering, and maintain line and level accuracy. Maintain site documents like Daily Progress Report (DPR), inventory records, and material consumption logs. Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings for effective task execution. Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to report daily updates and material needs. Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the site. Required Skills. Practical knowledge of construction site operations. Ability to calculate material quantities and monitor consumption. Understanding of drawings and technical site parameters. Basic reporting and documentation skills (DPR, material logs). Good people management and coordination ability.
