Kindly Drop CV at : Job Title: Portfolio Services Manager Risk Impact Assessment Manager (PMO / Governance) Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad Experience: 7 -12 years Client: Protiviti Budget: As per previous CTC Job Profile: The Portfolio Services Management job category oversees the governance and delivery of the change portfolio for their remit area and is responsible for portfolio management support activities within the allocated portfolio as required by the Transformation/PMO/Management Services function. The role will have internal and external stakeholders and may have direct reports. The Portfolio Services Management role will hold most or all of these responsibilities: - Accountable for overseeing order book and value management activities - Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management (i.e. support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management.) - Drive the adoption of HSBC Change Framework standards and work in alignment with HSBC transformation methodology at all times - Supports effective portfolio, programme and project risk management through the implementation of the HSBC Change framework - Provide inputs to senior management to allow portfolio risks and issues to be addressed - Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally & externally to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action - Directly support their Transformation Head to manage their portfolio(s) and also the Delivery Management Office teams to implement the required ways of working in to their projects, programmes, initiatives or value streams Additional responsibilities of GCB 5 Portfolio Services Management could include: - Supporting Transformation Leadership to shape direction and strategy for the portfolio and reflect this in portfolio prioritisation - Supporting Transformation Leadership and the Group Transformation Office to shape new ways of working and processes to optimise portfolios Key accountabilities: - Draft assessments of IWPB Strategic Execution Controls: Design & Operating Effectiveness, Overall Control Workplace - Control Monitoring training & support for Control Leads in Tier-1 portfolios. - Coordinate & follow up Self-Assessment submission by Tier-1 portfolios. - Provide Assurance commentary / feedback / corrections to T1s Self-Assessments - Circulate comms, run Assurance Briefing sessions, responds to control-related queries. - Prepare Assurance governance pack - Maintain IWPB Guidance on Control Monitoring in Agile Delivery Hub - Track Standards MSIIs / Audit Issues from IWPB & T1 portfolios - Helios updates of IWPB Strategic Execution Controls and linked MSIIs/AIIs - Consolidate Assurance Key Control Indicators Dashboard - Ongoing Maintenance of IWPB Control Calculator - Conduct IWPB Portfolio sampling Requirements: - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including shaping insights into easy to understand conclusions - Strong organizational, relationship management and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually. - Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation. - Articulate, audience-specific report and content writing skills with attention to detail. - Preferrable: Agile delivery experience, Risk Framework knowledge, MS-Excel, Clarity, Jira, Helios. .
