Key Skills: Tableau, Analytics, Data Visualization, Excel Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery. - Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution. - Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting. - Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports. - Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines. - Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates. - Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations.
