About the Role V2 Retail is looking for analytical professionals who can turn data into meaningful business decisions. This role goes beyond routine reporting - you will analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Analyse sales, inventory, margin, category, SKU and store-level performance. Identify business trends, anomalies, gaps and growth opportunities. Develop automated dashboards and performance reports. Partner with Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Operations teams. Convert complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations. Track the impact and results of actions taken. Automate recurring analysis and improve reporting efficiency. Strengthen visibility of key business KPIs across the organization. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Good understanding of SQL. Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Python knowledge will be an advantage. Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is preferred. Experience in Retail, E-commerce or FMCG will be an added advantage.
