The role offers significant ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to create meaningful impact in the education ecosystem. Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Initiatives Lead high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen the BITS Pilani Digital brand and support business growth.Build and execute initiatives such as institutional collaborations, ambassador programs, referral initiatives, strategic campaigns, and new marketing opportunities.Identify innovative ways to increase brand awareness, learner engagement, and market presence. 2. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, industry bodies, brands, and ecosystem partners.Develop collaborations that create meaningful learner experiences while strengthening brand visibility and reach. 3. Brand Experiences & Activations Lead experiential marketing initiatives including industry events, campus activations, career fairs, learner meetups, and brand experiences.Identify platforms where BITS Pilani Digital can meaningfully engage with learners, professionals, and industry leaders. 4. Cross-functional Marketing Partner with Admissions, Product, HR, and brand teams to deliver strategic marketing initiatives.Support high-priority business projects and contribute to integrated marketing efforts across the organization and position the BITS Pilani Digital brand. Skill and Ability Requirements Strong understanding of brand marketing, with the ability to blend traditional and digital marketing approaches to create integrated campaigns and experiences.Strategic thinker who can translate ideas into exceptional execution and measurable business outcomes.Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behaviour, content, and creative execution across online and offline channels.Curious and innovative, with a passion for experimenting, challenging convention, and bringing fresh marketing ideas to life.Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.Equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional execution.Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership. Qualification & Experience 56+ years of total marketing experience across Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Integrated Marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.Experience working with consumer brands, D2C, technology, education, or other high-growth businesses will be an advantage.Proven experience in leading brand campaigns, strategic partnerships, experiential marketing, or cross-functional marketing initiatives.Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels, with the ability to build innovative campaigns and brand experiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive projects independently, and deliver measurable business outcomes. .
