Agentic AI ML Specialists

Job Description Retail Insights delivers scalable, innovative, and cost-effective IT solutions through centers in India, Dubai, and the U.S. We specialize in Full Stack Development, Data & AI/ML, Mobile, DevOps, and digital platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution Build and orchestrate multi-agent architectures to solve complex business workflows Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and tools Define agent roles, memory, tools, planning logic, and control mechanisms Implement RAG pipelines to ground agents with enterprise knowledge and data Collaborate with business and product teams to identify automation and intelligence use cases Design AI agents for use cases such as customer support automation, decision intelligence, recommendations, forecasting, and workflow automation Ensure reliability, accuracy, and explainability of agent decisions Implement safeguards, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms for autonomous agents Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost efficiency Support UAT, business validation, and post-production optimization Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers for data and model pipelines Define KPIs to measure agent effectiveness (accuracy, resolution rate, deflection, ROI) Document agent architecture, logic, and operational guidelines Act as a subject-matter expert for agentic AI best practices and patterns Stay current with advancements in agent-based AI and LLM technologies Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / ML or advanced data science roles Proven hands-on experience building agent-based or autonomous AI systems Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks Advanced Python programming skills Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and data modeling Ability to translate business problems into intelligent, autonomous AI solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments Education Qualification Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / ML or advanced data science roles Proven hands-on experience building agent-based or autonomous AI systems Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks Advanced Python programming skills Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and data modeling Ability to translate business problems into intelligent, autonomous AI solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments Join the team Thank you for your keen interest in becoming a part of Retail Insights.
