UX/UI Designer

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand the product, its users, and their goals. 2. Map important user journeys from onboarding to key actions. 3. Identify confusing steps, drop-off points, and usability issues. 4. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. 5. Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions. 6. Improve onboarding, navigation, forms, empty states, error states, and success messages. 7. Collect and organize feedback from users and internal teams. 8. Use product analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements. 9. Maintain consistent colors, typography, components, and interaction patterns. 10. Create and update a basic design system in Figma. 11. Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly. 12. Review the live app and report design or usability inconsistencies. 13. Continuously improve the user experience after launch. Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.2. Good working knowledge of Figma.3. Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.4. Good visual design fundamentals, including spacing, typography, color, and hierarchy.7. Willingness to speak with users and learn from feedback.8.
