Candidates should have direct MDF / HDF / HDHMR experience and be comfortable with a 6-day working culture. ## Key Responsibilities - Overseeing production operations at the Vizag Plant - Ensuring efficient and effective production processes - Managing and coordinating with the production team - Handling production line as per shift / daily plans without any unscheduled stoppages - Ensuring quality adherence, manpower management & skill development of his function ## Requirements - Experience in MDF / HDF / HDHMR industries - Comfort with a 6-day working culture - Must have handled shifts in a plant environment - Team management experience for 1025 employees - Complete production department responsibility - Technical/operational skills in production/process experience - Educational background in relevant fields ## Location & Work Mode - Onsite position at the Vizag Plant - 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) - Office Timing: 9-6 ## Candidate Engagement & Profile Sharing - The company profile must be shared with the candidate over email and also explained/discussed verbally during the initial interaction. - Please capture the candidate's exact CTC expectation, expected take-home salary, notice period, and joining availability before sharing the CV with us. - All CVs should be accompanied by the complete candidate details in the attached format.
