This is a remote, entry-level role focused on relationship building, scheduling, and commercial support across an international investor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Engage with investors, family offices, and service providers to support ticket sales and event participation Schedule and coordinate meetings between senior sales teams and mid-to-large companies Build and maintain relationships with invitees and prospects across assigned regions Identify potential candidates for sponsorships or Family Office Circle engagement Support execution across multiple conferences throughout the year Operate fully remotely using CRM systems and digital tools, with training delivered via Zoom and video-based learning What Success Looks Like Consistent support of meeting scheduling and pipeline activity Contribution to ticket sales and event participation growth Active engagement across assigned regional network Accurate and disciplined use of CRM and remote systems Requirements Solid commercial mindset with comfort in outreach and follow-ups (sales-oriented but not a pure sales role) High level of English (written and spoken) suitable for international business communication Ability to quickly learn and operate systems independently in a remote environment Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a coordination-focused role .
