While you will own product thinking across our apps and internal tech products, the primary mandate is to be the bridge between our business teams and the tech team. Business teams CX, Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations constantly face problems that have technology as the answer. These often come in as vague pain points or manual workarounds. Your job is to take those conversations, understand what is actually broken, define the right solution, and work with tech to get it built, shipped, and adopted.
