Specialist - Cloud Operations

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and scale our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding new requirements and proposing best-fit solutions on the cloud. You need deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP tools and best practices, and we highly value experience with multi-cloud infrastructure solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS. ## What You'll Do You will carry out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks within our implemented cloud structure. This includes creating VNETs, Subnets, and NSGs on AWS and Azure, managing golden images end-to-end, handling new deployments, monitoring, and documentation. You'll manage blobs, files, queues, and tables, set up new regions and compliance practices, and oversee vulnerability management. You will also be responsible for managing alerts, activity logs, Log Analytics Workspaces, backup policies and enhancements, and Azure Policy & Management Groups. Proficiency with ITIL processes is expected, as is experience with Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor. Hands-on troubleshooting of VNG, LNG, Gateway Subnets, UDR, and Service Tags is essential, along with managing load balancers (both Global and Native). You will also handle inventory management and ITSM documentation processes, and capture and measure cloud-defined quality matrix parameters. ## Automation and AI Integration A key part of this role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows for cloud infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (Ia. C) tools. You will enhance automation frameworks for infrastructure deployment across multiple cloud platforms. Additionally, you will develop, manage, and integrate Gen. AI service catalog code generation models with cloud automation pipelines, and design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments. You will write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages, and design and develop generative AI models for AIOps applications using frameworks such as RAG with Langchain. Utilizing Vector Document Sources and Vector Database Sources in the context of generative AI is part of the role, as is implementing data streaming and managing cloud data lakes for AI model training. You will integrate generative AI models with existing AIOps platforms to enhance operational efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud automation processes, and research and implement new automation tools and techniques to improve efficiency. ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has strong experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), a solid grasp of automation and Ia. C principles, and the ability to work with emerging AI technologies. Familiarity with ITIL, Azure Security Center, and Azure Monitor is required, and you should be comfortable working hands-on with network components, load balancers, and security tools.
