Job description: Job Description Mandatory Skills MSSQL + Database Technologies + Application Design Simplification + Change Management + Automation Secondary Skills - Data Analyst Location Pune , Hyderabad, Bangalore Experience 7 -12 Years The main remit of this role is to uplift the existing Database Inventory tool to ensure compliance/regulatory adherence. Gain an understanding of the current data flows upstream and downstream and simplify the design and processing. Working with control teams, analyse the data requirements needed for compliance/regulatory adherence in relation to database technologies and infrastructure. Articulate any changes needed to within the POD, comprised of engineers and DBAs. Deliver solutions based on customers requirements. Support users with best practices and technical queries. Support the existing team and knowledge share where necessary. Some extent of admin work, related to requesting items from other teams, managing workload and change management processes. What you need to have to succeed in this role Experience of analysing complex data sets Experience of simplifying data flows and removing unnecessary processing or duplication. Ability to clearly communicate data gaps. Experience of Agile ways of working. Ability and willingness to work independently. Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership. Good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stake holders across the globe + Senior management. Mandatory Skills: MYSQL Database Admin .
