We are looking for an experienced Director ERP Sales to drive revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, strategic accounts, and market expansion across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in ERP solution sales, enterprise B2B sales, CXO engagement, new business development, and building high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the ERP sales strategy, GTM plan, and annual revenue targets.Drive new customer acquisition and enterprise business development.Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and business leaders.Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.Identify and develop opportunities for ERP transformation and digital business solutions.Drive large-value ERP deals across mid-market and enterprise customers.Develop strategic relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and technology partners.Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Consulting, Implementation, and Delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, revenue projections, and sales performance.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing ERP sales team.Develop strategic accounts and drive upselling, cross-selling, and customer expansion.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, CXO forums, and customer meetings. Required Experience & Skills 15+ years of experience in ERP / enterprise software / SaaS sales.Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales and new business development.Experience selling ERP platforms or enterprise business applications.Strong CXO-level selling and relationship management skills.Experience managing large sales teams and strategic accounts.Strong understanding of ERP implementation, business processes, digital transformation, and enterprise technology.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills.Strong commercial acumen with experience handling large-value contracts and complex sales cycles.Experience with international / global markets is an added advantage.
