Windows infrastructure architect (Mumbai)

We are seeking a Windows Infrastructure Architect to lead enterprise-scale infrastructure engagements. This role blends deep technical expertise, structured troubleshooting, and customer-facing delivery. You will partner directly with clients to stabilize, optimize, and modernize their infrastructure, ensuring reliability and resilience at scale. Qualifications 8-15 Years of Experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments Location Mumbai 75% onsite engagement (mandatory ) Close collaboration with customer teams at their location Flexibility to support escalations and critical situations Exposure to Azure infrastructure services Consulting or managed services background Certifications in Windows Server, Azure, or virtualization (2016/2019/2022), Hyper-V, Failover Clustering Job Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Serve as the primary technical advisor for infrastructure programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and define actionable solutions. Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and architecture discussions. Apply hands-on expertise across: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Hyper-V virtualization & Failover Clustering Cluster networking, storage, replication, and disaster recovery SCVMM or equivalent management tools Active Directory, DNS, enterprise networking, and certificate management Infrastructure Delivery Drive end-to-end delivery across Windows Server and virtualization environments. Assess risks, identify improvement areas, and implement remediation plans. Optimize environments for performance, scalability, and resilience. Troubleshooting & Stabilization Lead resolution of complex issues across compute, storage, networking, and identity layers. Perform root cause analysis, resolve failover/replication issues, and eliminate performance bottlenecks. Ensure long-term fixes and setting stability.
