Data Engineer (Python + GenAI) Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune Experience: 8+ Years Primary Skills: Python, Data Engineering, Azure, GenAI/Agentic Systems About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with robust expertise in Python and hands-on exposure to GenAI/agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize data pipelines on Azure, supporting AI-driven use cases and scalable data products. Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Azure data services. Work with Azure components such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Synapse. Support and enhance GenAI/agentic workflows, including data prep, orchestration, and integration. Develop clean, reusable code for ETL/ELT workflows. Collaborate with data science and AI teams to operationalize models. Optimize data processes for reliability, performance, and cost. Requirements 8+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with Azure data ecosystem. Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI-driven pipelines. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and distributed processing. Experience with CI/CD workflows. .
