Project Description: We are looking for experienced BI Developers with strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) to join our team. You will work on developing, implementing, and optimizing Business Intelligence solutions for our clients, contributing to data integration, analysis, and reporting requirements. The role demands a deep understanding of database management, data warehousing concepts, and hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI Stack. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise to the team. Delivery results based on requirements set by the team lead. Provide oversight for the quality of the application and artifacts related to the application analysis and development. Collaborate with the production support team to implement sound change planning and change management. Be proactive in uncovering risk, manage and drive risks and issues understanding business impact. Strive for Best Practice in design and development. Contribute to the technology strategic agenda by driving application architecture simplicity and by minimizing production incidents through high quality development and processes. Be an active participant in regular task elaboration, prioritization and estimation workshops. Ensure Documentation is up-to-date and relevant. Build effective relationships with key Business Stakeholders. Establish trust and credibility with stakeholders Comfortable assuming ownership for their work, and working independently with minimal supervision. Experience with requirements gathering as part of a team using agile development methods, e.g. User Stories.
