Location- Bandel (Mogra) Industry: Foil and Pharma Experience-5-7 years Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the manufacturing unit. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP (for Pharma), and other applicable quality management systems. - Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations. - Monitor and oversee product quality through regular process inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections. - Develop, review, and maintain quality-related SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and documentation. - Handle customer complaints, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure proper documentation and traceability as per regulatory and customer requirements. - Utilize SAP for quality transactions, inspection lots, material management, reporting, and quality records. - Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and R&D; teams to maintain quality standards. - Ensure calibration, validation, and compliance of testing equipment and laboratory practices. - Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Required Skills - Robust knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, and GMP (for Pharma). - Hands-on experience in Internal & External Audits. - Expertise in Quality Inspection and Quality Assurance processes.
