Product Owner - Weighing & Dispensing (W&D) Contract: 12-month initial contract + extension potential Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to manufacturing sites Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Manufacturing The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the Weighing & Dispensing (W&D) capability across a global manufacturing environment. You will own the product roadmap, application lifecycle, compliance and operational performance of business-critical W&D solutions, working closely with manufacturing, quality, IT and external vendors. The environment currently includes Siemens Opcenter W&D and emerging Tulip-based solutions as part of a wider digital manufacturing transformation programme. This is a highly visible role combining product strategy, stakeholder management, vendor governance, GxP compliance and major transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own the W&D product strategy, roadmap and ongoing developmentManage the lifecycle of Siemens Opcenter W&D and Tulip W&D solutionsEnsure stable, compliant and reliable operation of W&D applicationsPartner with business process owners and manufacturing stakeholdersDrive enhancements, upgrades, releases and lifecycle activitiesLead vendor management and service performance governanceSupport validation, audit readiness and GxP compliance requirementsPlay a key role in a major platform separation and transition programmeDrive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and systems Experience Required 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing Systems, MES, Digital Manufacturing or Weighing & Dispensing environmentsExperience with Siemens Opcenter W&D or similar MES/manufacturing platformsStrong understanding of shopfloor manufacturing operationsExperience managing business-critical applications in regulated environmentsKnowledge of GxP, validation and data integrity requirementsProven vendor and stakeholder management experienceExperience working across multiple sites and global teams Ideal Candidate Product Owner, Application Manager or Manufacturing Systems Lead backgroundStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomouslyComfortable balancing strategy, operational support and transformation activityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing environments12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension.
