HR/Admin Executive (S S Colony)

Max Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 13 years of experience in recruitment and be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules with department heads. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment databases and employee records. - Prepare offer letters and assist with on boarding. - Achieve monthly recruitment targets. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field. - 13 years of recruitment experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Developing Office Culture and Improving English Reading & Writing Skills Solid communication skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Team player with good organizational skills. - Knowledge of recruitment portals is an added advantage.
