UAT Test Manager

JD-UAT Test Manager Experience- 7+ years Location-Pune, Hybrid Technology- Azure Dev Ops, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba Functional Should understand Procurement and finance (invoice processing) Domains - Source to Pay processes. Azure Dev Ops knowledge is a must. Experience in handling SIT, UAT, Regression testing,Smoke Testing and ELS etc. is must. Data Quality Analyst Skills Responsible for creation and leading Test Strategy, Test Plan, schedules and scripts including management and execution of the test processes like SIT, UAT, Regression, Smoke testing and ELS etc. Collaborate with the all key stakeholders (businesses and internal) and aligning them on Test Strategy, Test Plans and their Entry Exit criteria. Collaborate with developers and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate testing execution, by Identifying and prioritize testing Mobilize the required teams and co-ordinate user validation testing (UVT) /end to end (E2E) test in project seamlessly Recording and reporting risks/issues to the test processes in timely manner. Identifying and Logging of Bugs/issues and getting them to resolution Reviewing test results and providing feedback to test developers on the validity of test designs Monitor and report on testing progress and results Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization and implement changes Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices Coach, guide and assist the project team in test area to fulfil their missions Ability to manage ELS (early life cycle/hypercare) independently by orchestrating issues/challenges to resolution Good reporting and governance management of testing and ELS Certifications Azure Dev Ops certification or any certification on SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass or SAP ECC will be an added advantage. Soft Skills Should have strong communications and documenting skills and should be able to drive the E2E test cycles independently Compensation: 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Must have exp in Azure Dev Ops/SAP Fieldglass/SAP Ariba Functional Notice Period Expected CTC Willing to work for 1year contract which might get extended Work Location: In person .
