Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end academic planning, timetables, and calendar execution. Ensure high standards of student discipline, attendance, conduct, and engagement. Drive smooth academic delivery and learning outcome attainment. Lead student mentoring, interventions, and issue resolution. Coordinate with faculty, administration, and placement teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor internship and placement readiness through structured development initiatives. Manage a team of Assistant Batch Incharges and Student Coordinators. What We Are Looking For 10+ years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Affairs, Education Management, or similar leadership roles. Strong people management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle large-scale operations and student-centric environments.
