Job Summary: The Principal Solutions Architect will play a mission-critical role in scaling Autonomy and AI Data Services. This position combines business development, technical leadership, and delivery supportbridging the gap between client needs, solution design, and operational execution. The Architect will act as a trusted advisor for both internal stakeholders and external clients, helping position our client as a leader in autonomy and AI-driven BPO services. Job Responsibilities: - Lead the design of tailored solutions for Autonomy and AI Data Services, ensuring alignment with client needs and operational capabilities. - Conduct technical workshops, scope problem statements, and support proposals/RFP responses. - Build solid client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders, engineering leaders, and C-level executives. - Support business development by qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and acting as technical lead during client engagements. - Partner with delivery teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure service quality. - Provide domain leadership, staying ahead of industry trends and embedding best practices into solutions. - Review complex deliverables and ensure adherence to high quality standards.
