Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Cloud Sales Location: Gurgaon / Andheri (Mumbai) Department: Cloud Business Unit Experience: 4-6 Years Budget: 15 to 16 LPA + Incentives About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth for our Cloud Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts, acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and positioning cloud solutions that address business challenges. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and OEM partners such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Google Workspace. Key Responsibilities - Own the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and qualification to deal closure and account growth. Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers.Develop strong CXO- and decision-maker-level relationships within customer organizations.Identify customer business challenges and propose cloud transformation solutions.Drive new customer acquisition while maximizing revenue from existing accounts.Generate qualified opportunities for Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, Security, Backup, AI, Data & Analytics, and Google Workspace solutions.Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to prepare technical and commercial proposals.Lead customer presentations, solution discussions, and contract negotiations.Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.Work closely with OEMs (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and internal alliances teams to leverage partner programs and incentives.Coordinate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions after deal closure.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates in CRM.Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.Represent the organization at customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums. Required Skills - Strong consultative and solution-selling skills. Excellent enterprise account management experience.Ability to build relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, Security, Backup, AI, and Data solutions.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Cloud Certifications (CDL, Gen AI) .
