Based in Mumbai, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple installation sites, ensuring technical precision, rigorous safety standards, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Orchestration : Manage simultaneous installation projects across various states in India, ensuring each site adheres to the projected timeline. Technical Supervision : Oversee the specialized installation of steel-reinforced panels, ensuring structural integrity, proper anchoring, and alignment according to engineering drawings. Resource & Logistics Management: Coordinate the dispatch of panels from manufacturing units to sites. Manage sub-contractors, specialized labor gangs, and on-site machinery (cranes/hoists). Quality & Safety (HSE): Implement strict QC protocols. Since AAC panels are precision-engineered, you will ensure zero-compromise on handling and jointing techniques. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for developers, main contractors, and architects to resolve site-related bottlenecks. Manpower handling : handle Contractors of panel installation. .
