8+ years of Technical PM experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, PI Planning, and dependency management Exposure to Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Platforms Good understanding of Kafka, Microservices, APIs, Snowflake, Iceberg, AWS S3, and CI/CD pipelines Experience leading data modernization, regulatory reporting, finance/risk, or banking technology programs Ability to coordinate Architecture, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams Strong executive communication, risk management, budget tracking, and governance skills Banking domain experience highly preferred Prior experience delivering regulatory, finance, risk, or data platform initiatives is a strong plus .
