Skill Business Analyst with Oracle Finance Experience Experience 5 10 Years Notice Period Immediate to 20 Days (Please do not share profiles with more than 20 Days Notice Period) Work Location Work from Client Location (Mount Road (Chennai)) Monday to Friday (General Shift Timings) Budget Experience into 3X JD - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - System Configuration: Configure Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and others. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations. - Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the system meets business requirements. - Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support for Oracle financial applications. - Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. - Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems. - Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Oracle financial modules, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. - Certifications: Oracle JD Edwards certification or other relevant certifications. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other database management tools. - Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. .
