We are looking for a Product Implementation Lead to own end-to-end client onboarding and product deployment. You will bridge complex engineering and client expectationsdriving clear scope, timely execution, and seamless technical integration. This is not a purely administrative project-management role: you must be comfortable going deep into Java codebases and architecture while leading high-stakes client discussions, managing expectations, and holding firm boundaries on unreasonable customisation or out-of-scope requests. What You Bring 810 years of overall experience, with a strong foundation as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer and a transition into implementation or technical delivery leadership. Demonstrated ownership of enterprise product implementations from discovery and kick-off through integration, go-live, stabilisation, and handover. Proven success managing enterprise clients, facilitating steering-committee meetings, and recovering high-friction engagements. The judgement and confidence to challenge scope creep, reset expectations, and negotiate practical outcomes without damaging client trust.
