Experience in Installing the MQ and IIB in Linux environments.Rising PMR to IBM on different critical issues SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Ensure High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed Perform Incident| Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools Ensure compliance to agreed SOWs Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer Create SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closureDocument technical procedures and work instructions. .
