You will partner with Relationship Managers/Branches/Channels to deliver tailored hedging, liquidity, and cross-border currency solutions. Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition & Coverage: Proactively identify and pitch FX and derivative solutions (Spots, Forwards, Options, Swaps) to MSME's/SME/Mid-Market clients to hedge against currency fluctuations. - Revenue Generation: Take accountability for meeting and exceeding individual and team foreign exchange revenue targets. - Market Insights: Analyse macroeconomic and local market drivers to deliver actionable trade ideas, market commentary, and scenario analyses. - Cross-Selling: Work closely with Relationship Managers to cross-sell FX products alongside Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Lending solutions. - Execution & Risk Management: Execute client orders with high accuracy while ensuring strict adherence to internal risk parameters, suitability standards, and regulatory requirements. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with the Trading Desk, Operations, Compliance, and Credit teams to ensure smooth post-trade processing, documentation, and issue resolution. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: Master's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus - Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, confident presentation capabilities, and the ability to build trusted, long-term C-suite or treasury-level relationships. - Product Knowledge (good to have): Good understanding of foreign exchange markets, derivative products, international trade regulations, and risk management. .
