Key Responsibilities Design scalable data ingestion pipelines from SharePoint, Liferay, Data Lakes, databases, and web sources . Build and optimize Elasticsearch-based enterprise search . Implement hybrid search (BM25 + vector/semantic search) and advanced retrieval. Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with embeddings, re-ranking, and contextual retrieval. Build Agentic AI workflows , tool/function calling, and multi-step retrieval. Integrate LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or Mistral .
